Conveniently located only a 10-minute drive from a popular landmark, we enjoyed the location and the delicious food at this hotel that also had a private kitchen available for our use.

It is near the airport. The views were NICE from the window. If we return to Budapest we would definitely go again. There were parking on site.

We were very pleasantly surprised about the hotel. Clean, friendly personnel, good breakfast, good location near a large shopping center. Easy access with buses. Very good hotel for the price we paid.
No, nothing. We don't understand why some previous guests have complained. Complaints done by previous guests are not true.

Price
The tap of the bathtub was damaged, spreading water all around the place, and full of tape around (like if this was solving the problem). The room was very basic not enough clean. The staff was not nice. The wifi was paid - the guy on the reception told me that was 4 eur for giving me the password, then on the checkout told me that was 4 eur/day - but made me a "discount" of 1 day. The location is not nice if you are not travelling with a car - fortunately I was, and on this case the location is good because is about 6 km from the city park, always strait. The breakfast is strange, the place looks bad (not clean) and smells like a cheap chinese restaurant. But anyway, if you have a car and just want a cheap place to sleep, this can be good place for you.

The location was very convenient.
The front desk staff and kitchen staff could do a better job.

Best aspects of my Christmas hotel stay: Despite its flaws, my hotel had some nice features that I enjoyed. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep. the hotel was located in a convenient spot, with plenty of shops and a bus stop nearby. the hotel provided a shuttle to the airport, which saved me from having to find a taxi on my own.
Worst aspects of my Christmas hotel stay: However, there were several negative aspects of my stay that impacted my enjoyment of the holiday. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, which made me feel unwelcome.

Fairly basic, but good value for a capital city, if you know how to find it.
If you didn't know how to get around Budapest using public transport, you'd spend a lot on taxis getting in and out of the city.

The hotel is strategically located near a 24/7 shopping center and there is easy access to Keleti railroad and metro. You can also find a McDonald's restaurant nearby. the rooms are small but clean, and the hotel has a pool, bowling alley, and restaurant.
The staff is unfriendly, and some guests complained about dirty bed linen, towels, and furniture.
